This fish finger sandwich really is delicious, and so quick and simple. Put your own stamp on it by making some delicious homemade tartare sauce.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 190C
  2. Place the fish goujons in oven, cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
  3. Cut two slices of sourdough bread and top with rocket
  4. Place the fish goujons on top, add a squeeze of lemon and some delicious homemade tartare sauce
  5. Serve with chips of your choice (we enjoy our Source Foods fries) and enjoy!
