- 1000g Green Gourmet Great British Raw Strips of Pork
- 200g Salsa sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 40 Taco shells
- 800g Mixed salad (tomato, cucumber and red onion)
- Mix the raw pork strips with the salsa sauce.
- In a wok or saucepan, stir fry the pork strips in oil for approximately 5 minutes.
- Portion the mixed salad into the Taco shells.
- Top with the pork strips.
