INGREDIENTS

  • 1000g Green Gourmet Great British Raw Strips of Pork
  • 200g Salsa sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 40 Taco shells
  • 800g Mixed salad (tomato, cucumber and red onion)

METHOD

  • Mix the raw pork strips with the salsa sauce.
  • In a wok or saucepan, stir fry the pork strips in oil for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Portion the mixed salad into the Taco shells.
  • Top with the pork strips.
