INGREDIENTS

  • 60 Green Gourmet Falafel, defrosted and halved
  • 20 Pre sliced pitta breads
  • 200g Hummus
  • 200g Tomatoes, chopped
  • 100g Grated carrot
  • 200g Red onion, chopped
  • 5 Spring onion, chopped

METHOD

  • Spread the pitta bases with hummus.
  • Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes, grated carrot, chopped red and spring onion over the hummus. 
  • Top with the halved falafel.
