- 60 Green Gourmet Falafel, defrosted and halved
- 20 Pre sliced pitta breads
- 200g Hummus
- 200g Tomatoes, chopped
- 100g Grated carrot
- 200g Red onion, chopped
- 5 Spring onion, chopped
- Spread the pitta bases with hummus.
- Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes, grated carrot, chopped red and spring onion over the hummus.
- Top with the halved falafel.
