- 60 Green Gourmet Falafel, defrosted
- 20 Sub rolls, sliced
- 200g Salad leaves
- 100g Red onion, chopped
- 100g Red peppers, chopped
- 100g Carrot, grated
- 200g Garlic mayonnaise
- Place salad leaves, red onion, pepper and carrot across the base of the sub roll.
- Top with the falafel.
- Drizzle with garlic mayonnaise.
