INGREDIENTS

  • 60 Green Gourmet Falafel, defrosted
  • 20 Sub rolls, sliced
  • 200g Salad leaves
  • 100g Red onion, chopped
  • 100g Red peppers, chopped
  • 100g Carrot, grated
  • 200g Garlic mayonnaise

METHOD

  • Place salad leaves, red onion, pepper and carrot across the base of the sub roll.
  • Top with the falafel.
  • Drizzle with garlic mayonnaise.
