- 60 Green Gourmet Falafel, defrosted and halved
- 20 Tortilla Wraps
- 125g Yogurt
- 75g Mint jelly sauce
- 200g Salad leaves
- 200g Red onion, thinly sliced
- 200g Red peppers, thinly sliced
- Mix the yogurt with the mint jelly and spread over the base of the tortilla wraps.
- Place salad leaves, red onion and peppers across the centre of the wrap
- Top with the halved falafel.
- Fold and serve.
