Mike joined the business 5 years ago, and came from a corporate background, including CSM, ASDA & Premier Foods. Mike fosters a trust based empowered culture, centred around high performance, having aligned the business to a vision, mission and a refreshed strategy for growth.​

Hannah recently joined from Princes Foods to build a supply chain to meet the aspirations of the company. She has managed our recent cold-store move and works to ensure OTIF and service levels are maintained in the challenging post-Brexit environment.

Be a great place to work for our employees and reduce child food poverty by donating 2000kg of food to Fareshare, 250kg of food to local charities by June 2023, and supporting our customers to deliver breakfast clubs and holiday feeding programs.

Become a sustainable business, certified by B-Corp. Remove plastic packaging from all our products by 2023 and work to reduce emissions across our business, offsetting all scope 1 and 2 emissions as a minimum.

Becoming B-Corp

2020 shook the entire world up and we all reassessed what we were doing and why we were doing it.
For Green Gourmet it pushed our social and environmental impact right to the top of our priority list and the team were really inspired to do better in these areas.
