Mike joined the business 5 years ago, and came from a corporate background, including CSM, ASDA & Premier Foods. Mike fosters a trust based empowered culture, centred around high performance, having aligned the business to a vision, mission and a refreshed strategy for growth.
Director of People
Caroline has been with GG for 7 years, with a Mothercare background & has been instrumental in organisational design to meet the vision. Engagement consistently ranks at 90% and the business has been awarded Great Place to Work, Best for Women and Best for Well Being.
Director of Innovation
Dom has been with the business for 5 years with a passion for product development he has created concepts across all our channels with specific knowledge of foodservice and travel. Dom also heads up sustainability and is in the process of gaining B –Corp certification for the business.
